As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to manage projects targeted at our enterprise B2B tech customers and prospects. Someone who knows the flow of effective marketing campaigns, is an organizational maverick, detail-oriented, and great with people will excel in this role. We’re seeking a passionate marketing aficionado who thrives on facilitating success and brings contagious enthusiasm to the table!


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with customer stakeholders, shaping marketing campaigns and offering insights into best practices and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather campaign specifications and assets, ensuring seamless coordination with internal resources for efficient production cycles.
  • Coordinate production schedules and allocate resources in accordance with service level agreements, prioritizing projects based on customer needs.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaign assets in Marketo and other platforms, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms, to meet documented requirements. 
  • Provide support for campaign asset creation as necessary, lending expertise to optimize effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular customer and internal team meetings to strategize and review campaign performance.
  • Maintain regular communication with customer stakeholders and internal production resources via various channels, including email and project management tools.
  • Monitor budget utilization and furnish activity updates to the account team.
  • Collaborate with the Upsell sales team to drive quota attainment through impactful campaigns targeted at our existing customer base, communicating new product launches and features effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance work quality and efficiency in a dynamic marketing landscape.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks concurrently, while ensuring effective communication within teams.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign planning and content creation in Marketo and other platforms, with a bonus for asset creation proficiency.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management with marketing automation platforms
  • Preferably experienced in B2B tech marketing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related field preferred.
