At Impartner, we're seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead the charge in shaping the future of our digital products. As the Technical Product Manager for Data & AI, you'll be instrumental in steering the development and growth of our platform's Reporting, Analytics, Data, and AI initiatives. From inception to delivery, you'll guide the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic planning and execution of our data analytics and AI product roadmap, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business goals to drive innovation and differentiation.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with C-Suite executives to evangelize our data-driven value proposition, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product strategies.
Market Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to drive product adoption and usage.
Performance Optimization: Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and user behavior data to iteratively enhance features and optimize the user experience.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the resident expert on Data and AI within the company, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering their growth and contribution to the success of our product organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching, monetizing, and scaling data products in fast-paced environments.
  • Natural interest in AI and a keen awareness of the latest advancements, driving continuous improvement in product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to grasp complex concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey vision, strategy, and product requirements to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies and proficiency with tools like JIRA.
  • Deep understanding of Dimensional data modeling, data visualization, Reporting, and AI.
  • Experience working directly with customers to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and drive product improvements.
